Hotel Policies

Check-in time: 3:00 PM (early check-in based on availability)

Check-out time: 12:00 PM (late check-out based on availability and subject to $75 additional charge)

Children Policy: Children 12 and below can stay at our hotel for free. Maximum number of children allowed to stay for free depends on the room type booked.

Modification Policy: Reservation can be modified any time before check-in date without additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: No additional charge will apply if you cancel 48 hours or more before your arrival date. If cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival, the hotel will charge one night plus tax. PLEASE NOTE: if you have booked a nonrefundable rate, this policy does not apply and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation regardless of cancellation date.

No-show Policy: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of check-in date and time of their reservation will be charged one night plus tax.

Additional Advisories: Baby crib/cot is available at no extra charge, subject to availability.
All guestrooms and interior public spaces are non-smoking.
Exchange rate will be based on property’s current posting.

Connecting Rooms: The hotel does not have any connecting rooms available, according to our construction contracts.

Deposit Policy: The credit card used at check-in will be authorized for room and tax plus additional $50 deposit/authorization hold per night at time of check-in. The $50 deposit per night will be released upon check-out, less any incidentals. NO cash deposits will be accepted.

Extra Bed: Rollaway bed is available for an additional charge.

Occupancy restriction: The maximum occupancy for the Queen or King Rooms is 2 people.

Occupancy restriction – Double Beds: The maximum occupancy for the Double Bed Rooms is 4 people.

Pets Policy: No pets allowed.

Parking: Parking fee is $38.00 + tax per day/night with unlimited in and out privileges. Valet parking only, no self-parking available.
