NOW OPEN FOR DINNER! Inspired by a character from a Raymond Chandler novel – written during his stay at The Mayfair – Eve tempts guests with a range of offerings. Braised beef cheeks with ricotta and spinach gnocchi, peas, and agrodolce; crispy calamari salad with miso, chili, and charred lemon; braised octopus carpaccio with lemon, caper, olive, fennel, and arugula.
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 5:30pm – 10pm. Friday & Saturday 5:30pm – 11pm.
M Bar
NOW OPEN! Whether it’s a craft beer with good friends or a handcrafted cocktail with a seductive stranger. Favored by locals and guests alike, M Bar is the perfect gathering place to launch an adventurous night on the town or take care of a little business over drinks. Enjoy a sublime selection of wine, beer, and spirits, some tasty tidbits from Executive Chef Karo Patpatyan (available until midnight), or order from the full Eve American Bistro menu (during lunch and dinner service).
